Submissions
By submitting a song you confirm that you own or control the rights to the recording and that MerCureY may play it, in whole or in part, on a live stream and post clips of the review on MerCureY channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and others). Submissions are reviewed in queue order; free submissions are not guaranteed to be reached in a given show and roll to the next one.
Paid tiers
Skip, Front, and Artist Showcase are optional paid placements that move your song up the queue for the show you submitted to. Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final once the song has been played. If a paid song is not reached because the show ends early, it carries over to the next show at the same tier, or you may request a refund by email.
Reviews
Reviews are honest opinions. A review, a score, or a Song of the Night selection is not a promise of promotion, placement, or any commercial outcome. Viewer votes are for entertainment.
SMS terms
When you opt in to text messages on the submit form, you agree to receive up to 4 automated messages per show from MerCureY Music Review at the number you provided: queue confirmation, a pre-show reminder, an on-deck alert, and a review-complete note. Consent is not a condition of submitting or purchasing. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies with the show schedule. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
Conduct
Do not submit content you do not have rights to, content that is unlawful, or content intended to harass. We may remove any submission at our discretion.
