What we collect
When you submit a song we collect your artist name, song title, email address, the link or audio file you provide, and any optional fields you fill in (genre, Spotify artist link, music video link, phone number). When you vote we store an anonymous browser token and a hashed network identifier to prevent duplicate votes; no account is required.
How we use it
- To queue, play, and review your song on the live show.
- To email you about your submission and the show it was submitted to.
- To process payments for optional skip-the-line tiers (handled by Stripe; we never see your card number).
- To post clips of the review on MerCureY channels, which you agree to when you submit.
SMS / text messages
Text messages are optional and are never a condition of submitting a song or purchasing anything. If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS box on the submit form, MerCureY Music Review will text you your queue position, a reminder before the show, a heads-up when you are next, and a note when your review is done — up to 4 messages per show. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with the show schedule.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email trafficmillerproduction@gmail.com. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages described above.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that run the site: Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (file storage), and Twilio (text messages). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Uploaded audio files are deleted automatically after 60 days. Submission records are kept so we can track what has been reviewed. Email trafficmillerproduction@gmail.com to request deletion of your data.
